Although it comes packed with just a few options, most of them are advanced, primarily. 8/16/24/32 bit and DXT Extended Bitmap Manipulation for FS2000, FS2002, FS2004, FSX, CFS2 and CFS3. Also supports DDS and many other game texture formats. Program building on the knowledge gained with Bmp2000 and specialised for the 16 bit versions of the Extended Bitmap.
